Got this tip from my sister:
I printed out the form, and did the test drive. I did the $28,000 hybrid, I could also have did the $31,000 270 hp turbo with everything including the heated and cooled front seats, heated rear seats, compass temp mirror, nav, leather, panoramic sunroof. The hybrid drives about like a Prius, it goes into electric mode when you go slowly or coat, has a color display when it wakes up, color display microsoft radio, and has pretty good power. It's got that Audi-inspired styling, looks a little less goofy than the similar Hyundai Sonata. Engine isn't quite as smooth as Honda Toyota, but it's a dang nice car compared to the 2001 Honda Accord EX or plain jane Subaru Legacy wagon I have.
The following is your instant topic alert for "test drive".

Just got an email from Kia from when I signed up for the $25 Kizashi test drive deal. In it was this link to a new $25 test drive on the Kia Optima. This does not look to be limited by area either!
Enjoy!
