Chinese Long March to American Colleges

ThinkTank learning of Santa Clara Calif has expanded its tutoring and college counseling to opening up a branch in Shenzhen and Beijing China, charging from $17,000 to $40,000 (that's 1st year tuition at most colleges) for tailored consultation packages for six months to a year, though that presumably doesn't include fake recommendations and ghost-written essays like some Chinese outfits do.

Chinese students are spending perhaps $4 billion a year for tuition and living expenses at US universities which balances a whole lot of crap imported for Walmart.

Chinese applications to U.S. schools skyrocket
The number of Chinese undergraduate students in the U.S. has doubled in the last two years. China's booming economy and the ability of families to pay tuition in full is also playing a big role. NBC's Adrienne Mong reports.
