Newt Gingrich Stands Up To Enemies of US and Israel

[How Reagan Taxed The 1% ] [Free Sirhan Sirhan]
Newt Gingrich (Gage_Skidmore)
Asian Americans are typically the least interested in politics, and the ones who aren't politically comatose tend to be radically left as heck. But Asian Americans who are truly concerned for freedom, security and world that is Safe For Democracy really need to do your own homework to figure out which candidate is dedicated to protecting America, which one appears to be collaborating with those who want to destroy it in the name of the US Constitution, and the candidate who tries to make both sides happy.

I"m not endorsing Newt or anybody else quite yet, I'd be happy with any of the GOP except for Wrong Paul who is more dangerous than Obama or any of his friends. At least Herman Cain had the right answer on Libya, he'd ask if Al Queda was behind it. Romney is not such a bad guy, I'd rather have a president who goes to the Mormon Temple than "God d**** America"  Rev Wrights' church which worships Marx more than the Holy Trinity. Bachman doesn't sound like a nut to me, and Perry's good on a lot of positions even if he can't debate out of a paper bag.

Newt Gingrich is truly the anti-Wrong Paul. Recently converted to the Catholic faith, he is fearless on taking a stand to support Israel, and to confront and defeat the enemies of Israel and its allies, including the US and Britain. He's been called Islamophobic, but that word is usually a red flag that self-identifies people that who hate or at least don't love Jews, Israel or both.

Obama, who approved the killings of Al Queda leaders Osama bin Laden and Anwar al-Awlaki and largely kept in place the US troops placed in Afghanistan by GW Bush is miles better than Ron Paul. Yet he is still trying to explain how firmly he can be committed to Israel when he's for a withdrawal to 1967 borders, and half of his friends Stand Up for Palestine or blame Israel for 9/11.

Ron Paul always seems to out-straw poll everybody but Romney and the anti-Romney of the day but always oddly uses "Constitutional Rights" as a mask to justify pulling the rug from under Israel and making peace with Al Queda, Hamas and Iran.

Compare Gingrich positions with Obama or Ron Paul:

On Israel: There is no moral equivalency between Israel and terrorist organizations Hamas and Fatah. Israel is a democracy with the rule of law / christian post Gringrich labeled President Obama’s Israeli-Palestinian policy a “disaster” Gingrich said Obama’s remarks were “extraordinarily dangerous,” and further stated that “a president who can’t control his own border probably shouldn't lecture Israel about their border... I think that defining the 1967 border would be an act of suicide for Israel. They are totally non-defensible.
David Efune: "No country can be expected to conduct peace negotiations with a terrorist organization, or with a Palestinian Governmental Authority that joins forces with such a terrorist organization," declared Gingrich at a Republican Jewish Coalition event. Like many of the other candidates, he supports the status of Jerusalem as the "undivided capital of the Jewish state." Widely viewed as the smartest candidate, his views translate into nuanced and comprehensive pro-Israel policy.

Killing 9/11 Imam Anwar al-Awlaki:  Gingrich says the president did the right thing; Paul says he’s open to trying to impeach the president. “The fact is, Congressman Paul is wrong about the law,” the former House speaker told me. “He’s wrong about the Constitution.” link: Planning and directing terror plots to kill American civilians en masse is not a crime, to be handled through the judicial system; it is an act of war against the United States. Obama still refuses to officially comment on the operation, and his administration never had the guts to charge Awlaki with anything even after Fort Hood and the underbomber.

Fort Hood Massacre: Tthis was an act of war. It was an act of terrorism. This was committed by a person who had been actively in touch with and actively supportive of terrorist activities, and I think it takes a willful blindness to minimize this.: fox news The Obama administration's DOJ, FBI, DOD, and Army have never publically stated that Nidal Hasan's rampage was an act of terror, nor charged him with terrorism, nor stated that radicalized religion had anything to do with the incident. Obama said that Islam was absolutely no an issue as "no faith" justified the rampage. The only thing Ron Paul has to say is that he is upset about killing Bin Laden AND the Fort Hood without trial, and the 9/11 attacks were caused by our sending troops to Saudia Arabia when they requested them because it offended Bin Laden's version of Islamic religion.

Ground Zero Mosque: The Atlantic There should be no mosque near Ground Zero in New York so long as there are no churches or synagogues in Saudi Arabia. The time for double standards that allow Islamists to behave aggressively toward us while they demand our weakness and submission is over." Ron Paul supports the mosque, Obama ABC News: "At Islam dinner, Obama backs mosque near ground zero, wading into national controversy"

Hamas / Fatah / Hezbollah: There is no moral equivalency between Israel and terrorist organizations Hamas and Fatah. Israel is a democracy with the rule of law. Hamas is an evil organization publicly dedicated to destroying Israel and preparing for terror against civilians (including a 3 month old baby deliberately slaughtered). There can be no peace until Hamas is defeated. Ron Paul says Hamas is a democratically elected government that should be supplied by Gaza flotilla "peace activists" who badly beat Israeli commandos with crude but deadly weapons (er instruments of peace).  Obama?  Weekly Standard "The group behind the Gaza flotilla that engaged in deadly clashes with Israeli commandos today counts among its top supporters the friends and associates of President Barack Obama, namely the founders of the Weather Underground terrorist organization, William Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn, as well as Jodie Evans, the leader of the radical activist organization Code Pink."

Iran: Gingrich called for regime change in Iran, saying the U.S. and its allies could ‘break’ the country within a year. Spelling out a strategy far more radical than anything put forward by Barack Obama to deal with Iran’s nuclear ambitions.uk daily mail.  Ron Paul: don’t impose sanctions, “treat them differently,” and offer “friendship.”  Obama: Supports sanctions but (American Thinker) Why did President Obama refuse to support the demonstrators in Iranin 2009, but supported the "Arab Spring" in Egypt, Libya and elsewhere more recently?

Occupy Wall Street: The movement "starts with the premise that we all owe them everything," said Gingrich. And the movement's sense of entitlement is a "symptom how much the left has collapsed as a moral system in this country, and why you need to reassert something as simple as saying, 'Go get a job right after you take a bath,'" the former speaker of the House concluded.weekly standard Ron Paul calls the protests a “legitimate effort,” but "wasn’t exactly sure what they are outraged about."  Obama (newsmax) "President Barack Obama’s support for the Occupy Wall Street movement appeared to backfire on him Tuesday, as hecklers interrupted a speech"

Patriot Act: Ron Paul said, “I think the Patriot Act is unpatriotic because it undermines our liberty … Timothy McVeigh was a vicious terrorist. He was arrested” — and Gingrich shot back, saying, “Timothy McVeigh succeeded. That’s the whole point.” “I don’t want a law that says after we lose a major American city, we’re sure going to come and find you,” Gingrich added. “I want a law that says, you try to take out an American city, we’re going to stop you.” daily callerPresident Barack Obama signed into law a four-year extension of post-Sept. 11 powers to search records and conduct roving wiretaps in pursuit of terrorists. "It's an important tool for us to continue dealing with an ongoing terrorist threat"(AP)

Sharia: “Sharia in its natural form has principles and punishments totally abhorrent to the Western world, and the underlying basic belief which is that law comes directly from God and is therefore imposed upon humans and no human can change the law without it being an act of apostasy is a fundamental violation of a tradition in the Western system"  PoliticoRonPauldismissed Sean Hannity’s fear that Sharia law is coming to the United States.  Telegraph: Miss Mogahed, appointed to the President's Council on Faith-Based and Neighbourhood Partnerships, said the Western view of Sharia was "oversimplified" and the majority of women around the world associate it with "gender justice". The White House adviser made the remarks on a London-based TV discussion programme hosted by Ibtihal Bsis, a member of the extremist Hizb ut Tahrir part which believes in the non-violent destruction of Western democracy and the creation of an Islamic state under Sharia Law across the world.

Now here's an interesting list you won't find anywhere else of some of my favorite trouble makers who fly under the radar, but carpet bomb the internet with hatred for The Newt. In short, people who love Ron Paul and the causes he fights for HATE Newt.

Like the peanut warning, Newt's detractors may support one or more of the following:
  • 9-11 conspiracy theories
  • Anti-semitism
  • Iran
  • Hamas
  • Hezbollah
  • Palestine
  • Defunding or total destruction of Israel
  • White Nationalsm
  • Military capitulation and withdrawal from Iraq and Afghanistan
Many of these guys have the nerve to call  themselves "true patriots"
  • Aljazeera: (Qatar-based Islamicentric TV network which broadcast Al Queda's own version of how they executed the 9-11 attacks and posts Arabic comments blessing 9-11 and the death of Bin Laden)  Stereotypes are the lazy person's way of dealing with other people. Newt Gingrich is seen to be full of them. Gingrich has decades of racially coded messaging under his belt. In 1994 and 1995, he repeatedly spouted off, blaming a series of horrific mostly minority-related crimes on liberal Democrats and the sort of welfare state society they had created - rather than holding the criminals themselves responsible
  • CAIR: The Council for American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) is accusing former House Speaker Newt Gingrich—along with deceased al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden—of “pushing Islamaphobia” in the United States. The report—“Same Hate, New Target: Islamaphobia and Its Impact in the United States, January 2009-December 2010”  listed “individuals, institutions and groups” that CAIR argues were “at the center of pushing Islamophobia in America during the period covered” by the report. Among those listed were Newt Gingrich—and Osama bin Laden and al Qaeda
  • Code Pink: "Peace activists" who helped organize peaceful Seattle WTO riots,  met with peaceful rocket launching and suicide bombing groups Hamas and Hezbollah in Gaza and sent aid to peaceful enemy combatants in Iraq who blow up Humvees with IEDs.  According to the Code Pink website, they “took inspiration from Nick Espinosa, who 'glittered' Newt Gingrich at a conference in Minneapolis.” trendhunter
  • David Duke: Anti-Semitic White nationalist invited to speak by Iranian government to condemn Jews and Israel.  He slams Gingrich because Gingrich fired congressional librarian, Christina Jeffrey for having once suggested that history students, when studying the Holocaust should also be exposed to the German / Nazi point of view.davidduke
  • Infowars/Alex Jones: 9-11 conspiracy theorist popular with right-wing white nationalists and Ron Paul supporters. Mr New World Order: The anointment of Gingrich as Republican frontrunner is just the latest desperate bid to fool voters into supporting anyone other than Ron Paul
  • Rense.com: Anti-semitic 9-11 conspiracy website carries articles that state the Pledge To America' is a Despicable GOP Ruse while Joel Skosen says anyone who holds up Newt Gingrich (the ultimate Republican deceiver) as an example of trust is dangerously ignorant.
  • Stormfront: One of the largeset white nationalist newboards which has a high level of support for Ron Paul's version of constitutional rights. Members point to TomatoBubble, a  right wing anti-semitic NWO conspiracy site calls Gingrich a “zionist sock puppet”. VDARE calls him an “anti-white” quota king. Another charges Newt is aPropagandist for Israel
  • Veterans Today: An anti-semitic 9-11 conspiracy site for Palestine Rights posts Johnny Punish who headlines Self-Appointed Historian and Resident Con-Man Newt Gingrich’s Mocking of U.S. Citizens Highlights Deeper More Sinister and Dark Political Challenge to a Future America.

Ok, let’s lay it on the line… This is why I detest Ron Paul:
Dear Congressman Paul:
Your Presidential campaign has drawn the enthusiastic support of an imposing collection of Neo-Nazis, White Supremacists, Holocaust Deniers, 9/11 “Truthers” and other paranoid and discredited conspiracists.
Respectfully, Michael Medved (no response ever received)

Funny to get accusations of "hate" from this bunch, just like people being called "Islamophobes" by obvious anti-Semites.

Gingrich 21 Points Ahead of Romney Nationally  12/1/2011
A Rasmussen Reports poll of likely GOP primary voters released today has Newt Gingrich at 38 percent and Mitt Romney at 17 percent. None of the other candidates’ support is in the double digits. .. Full Article at The Corner-National Review Online
Here's a odd defence by reason slamming the decision of a Jewish group to ban Ron Paul because he's an obvious danger to Israel and tool of anti-Semitism.http://reason.com/blog/2011/12/01/republican-jewish-coalition-bars-ron-pau

On Wednesday, Dec. 7, the Republican Jewish Coalition will host a presidential-candidates forum featuring Michele Bachmann, Herman Cain, Newt Gingrich, Jon Huntsman, Rick Perry, Mitt Romney, and Rick Santorum. Not invited is the GOP candidate currently polling around third in New Hampshire and second in Iowa: Rep. Ron Paul (R-Texas). The explanation:
Paul was not invited to attend the RJC's candidates forum because the organization - as it has stated numerous times in the past - "rejects his misguided and extreme views," said [RJC Executive Director Matt] Brooks.
"He's just so far outside of the mainstream of the Republican party and this organization," Brooks said. Inviting Paul to attend would be "like inviting Barack Obama to speak."
what I find interesting here is the namecalling-to-content ratio. Here, let's count it out:Name-calling: 1) "misguided and extreme," 2) "so far outside of the mainstream," 3) "like...Barack Obama," 4) "will appeal to a very narrow constituency," 5) "dangerous isolationist vision," 6) "uniformly derided," 7) "claim[s] to be non-interventionist," 8) "Isolationist," 9) "differen[t]," 10) "crank."
Content: 1) "virulent and harsh critic of Israel," 2) "voiced his objection to the...killing of Osama Bin Laden," 3) "routinely adopted Arab talking points," 4) "compar[ed] Gaza to 'a concentration camp," 5) "would create a global power vacuum that would likely be filled by supporters of Israel's enemies."
Looking at the five content items, 1) is supported only by 4); 2) intentionally left out the phrase "legal method of," 3) is a general and largely contentless insult, 4) is a discrete piece of hyperbole that rubs my literalist heart the wrong way, too (though the full quote contains two qualifiers: "Palestinians are virtually in like a concentration camp"); and 5) is the Transitive Property run amok, though it does at least hint at the real-world question/critique of what, exactly, replaces hegemonic American responsibility for world affairs, and which bad actors are more likely to do badder things.
